ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Field Marketing Coordinator to help build and execute NetBox Labs’ field marketing, event, and partner marketing programs. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-obsessed, and proactive — someone who thrives on keeping many moving pieces on track and gets genuine satisfaction from a program that runs flawlessly, from trade shows and sponsorships to webinars and regional events.

You’ll be the connective tissue between our marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external partners and vendors — making sure every program moves forward on time, on budget, and with steady communication with everyone involved.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Support the research, development, and execution of field marketing initiatives, including or own conferences, third-party trade shows, and regional events

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to research, develop, and execute campaigns and projects moving forward on time

• Help organize and coordinate NetBox Labs and industry events, including proactively communicating in a concise, effective manner with internal and external stakeholders

• Partner with the marketing team on partner marketing programs — co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and shared sponsorships with ecosystem partners

• Assist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics (events, campaigns, registration and attendance data)

• At times manage event logistics and on-the-ground execution — venue and vendor coordination, booth setup, and swag

YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH:

• The marketing team to plan, promote, execute, and measure field and partner marketing programs

• Sales team members to provide relevant information and updates about field marketing programs in-region

• External partners, vendors, and venues to manage logistics and ensure flawless on-site execution

• Finance and legal teams to ensure budgetary and legal reviews are completed accurately

IT WOULD BE FANTASTIC IF YOU HAD THE FOLLOWING BACKGROUND:

• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal

• An aggressive, proactive communicator and follow-upper — a true self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what’s next

• Well organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable coordinating with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external partners at all levels

• Growth minded and a team player with a positive, do-what-it-takes attitude

• Willingness to travel for on-site event execution as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or integrated marketing campaigns — ideally in B2B tech or SaaS

• Hands-on experience supporting trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, or regional events

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership and execution focus

• Proficiency using Google Workspace applications, Zoom, and Slack

Bonus points:

• Experience supporting pipeline generation through events and regional marketing programs

• Experience with HubSpot as a marketing automation tool

• Experience in leveraging Claude or other AI tools in day-to-day workflows

• Experience in a high-growth software or technology company
