Scarlet is authorised to assess and certify medical devices. We combine clinical, technical and regulatory expertise with AI agents and software so rigorous certification can keep pace with product development at the world’s most ambitious technology companies, without lowering the safety bar.

Our customers have cut a year or more from their certification timelines for new AI-enabled medical devices and shortened product-update cycles from months to weeks. You’ll join a team building the infrastructure that makes these outcomes repeatable at scale.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Scarlet’s first and only Talent Acquisition Engineer, you will deliver qualified candidates our hiring managers are excited to meet. You’ll orchestrate agents to find, qualify and engage candidates across our technical, clinical, regulatory and commercial roles, using Codex, Claude and/or whatever other tools you choose.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Orchestrate agents to identify and qualify promising people beyond obvious job titles and familiar companies, including those who are not actively looking.

• Exercise judgment to decide if, when and how to engage with candidates personally to complete qualification before handing them over to a hiring manager.

• Own the quality of every message your agents send. Keep outreach relevant, accurate and worth replying to.

• Measure which approaches produce candidates hiring managers choose to progress and use your results to rigorously test and improve your approach.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Evidence of successfully orchestrating agents to solve messy problems, with examples you can demonstrate.

• Examples of clear, effective professional writing, including work produced by agents that you reviewed and improved.

• Experience representing an organisation professionally in conversations with candidates, prospects, customers or other external contacts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby, or with recruiting data.
