Resident Care Coordinator (LPN/RN) – Assisted Living & Memory Care Spring Oak Tri Cities Petersburg, VA Spring Oak Tri Cities is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Resident Care Coordinator (RCC). Our Petersburg campus consists of two buildings—one assisted living and one memory care. We are looking for an experienced nurse who can provide strong, hands-on clinical leadership while building relationships with residents, families, and the care team. The RCC oversees resident care, clinical documentation, medication management, care planning, regulatory compliance, and the day-to-day supervision of the resident care team.
