Your Impact The Senior Offline Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and executing impactful BTL and offline marketing campaigns that strengthen brand presence, create meaningful customer experiences, and support business objectives.

What You’ll Drive Forward

• Plan, develop, and execute Offline and BTL marketing campaigns aligned with marketing and business objectives.

• Develop creative and actionable concepts for offline activations, brand activations, and experiential marketing campaigns.

• Manage campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and ideation to planning, execution, monitoring, and post-campaign evaluation.

• Identify and develop offline marketing opportunities across malls, cinemas, recreational venues, retail locations, events, exhibitions, and other relevant physical touchpoints.

• Plan and execute partnership, sponsorship, event, and activation campaigns.

• Identify new opportunities to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement across physical touchpoints.

• Build and manage relationships with partners, vendors, agencies, event organizers, and other external stakeholders.

• Plan and manage promoters and field execution teams.

• Develop offline customer acquisition and engagement mechanisms, including vouchers, lead generation, sampling, promotions, and other BTL activities.

• Plan and oversee the production and execution of POSM, booths, signage, flyers, uniforms, branded assets, and other campaign materials.

• Monitor campaign execution across different locations and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and execution standards.

• Conduct regular field visits and execution monitoring to identify and resolve operational and quality issues.

• Manage multiple offline campaigns simultaneously across different cities and locations.

• Prepare campaign briefs, proposals, timelines, budgets, and other required documentation.

• Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth and integrated execution of offline campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports based on relevant KPIs such as reach, leads, customer interactions, voucher performance, activation participation, and execution quality.

• Identify and document key learnings from campaigns and apply them to future offline activities.

• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in BTL, experiential marketing, brand activation, and offline marketing and translate relevant trends into actionable campaign ideas.

• Leverage AI tools for research, campaign ideation, planning, presentation and proposal development, data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization.

• Develop and maintain scalable processes, guidelines, and playbooks for offline campaign execution.

What Powers Your Drive

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Offline Marketing, BTL, Brand Activation, Experiential Marketing, Event Marketing, Sponsorship, Partnership Marketing, or related fields.

• Proven experience in planning and executing BTL and offline marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

• Strong understanding of BTL, Brand Activation, Experiential Marketing, Events, Sponsorships, and Offline Customer Engagement.

• Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end offline campaigns, including planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

• Proven experience working with agencies, vendors, partners, event organizers, promoters, and field teams.

• Strong project/campaign management, coordination, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong creative thinking with the ability to turn marketing objectives into practical and executable offline ideas.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle real-time field and operational challenges.

• Experience in managing multi-location or multi-city offline campaigns is a plus.

• Experience in mall, cinema, retail, recreational venue, exhibition, university, or community activations is a plus.

• Familiarity with offline customer acquisition mechanisms, including vouchers, promotions, sampling, lead generation, and customer engagement activities.

• Familiarity with offline campaign KPIs such as reach, leads, customer interactions, footfall, voucher performance, participation, and execution quality.

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment.

• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to drive campaigns from idea to execution.

• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools.

• Ability and willingness to use AI tools for research, ideation, campaign planning, reporting, data analysis, content development, and workflow optimization.

• English proficiency is a plus.
