ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a pivotal leadership role at a fast-growing AI voice platform, where you will own the full go-to-market sales strategy and build a high-performing sales organization from the ground up. You will have direct impact on revenue outcomes and play a central part in scaling the company through its next phase of growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and expand a high-performing sales team, setting hiring standards and establishing a strong sales culture.
- Coach and mentor team members daily through shadowing, feedback, and pipeline reviews to drive quota attainment and deal progression.
- Create and execute go-to-market processes in partnership with Revenue Operations, ensuring clear goals, structures, and motivation across the team.
- Lead and develop middle management and team leads to scale the organization effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer operations to align on strategy and execute integrated GTM initiatives.
- Drive career development for team members, enabling them to reach their potential.
- Leverage AI and data-driven insights to inform sales strategy, forecasting, and cross-functional decision-making.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7 or more years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to hire sales talent and establish effective hiring methodologies.
- Deep expertise in quota management, pipeline discipline, forecasting, and complex deal structuring.
- Consultative selling background with strong stakeholder management and experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience creating and executing GTM processes and leading teams through high-growth transitions.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing, product, and customer operations.
- Comfort with AI tools and emerging technology, with motivation to deeply understand the product and industry.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Background in B2C SaaS, enterprise software, AI, voice technology, or conversational AI is a strong plus.
- Experience working with Revenue Operations teams on sales process optimization is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: 180,000 to 240,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

On-site in Berlin, Germany.
